Baking Example: Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
1.5 cups almond flour, ¼ cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp AKSOY baking soda, ¼ tsp salt, ½ cup AKSOY erythritol, 3 large eggs, ¼ cup melted coconut oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract and ¼ cup milk.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, AKSOY baking soda, salt and AKSOY erythritol.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, melted coconut oil and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into a greased cake pan and bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Leave to cool before slicing and serving.
