How to Cook Brown Lentils
Brown lentils are very easy to cook.
Place lentils and water (or vegetable broth) in a saucepan.
1 cup lentils to 2⅔ cups water
Add optional spices (black pepper, paprika powder, salt).
Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve with:
- Bread, into wedges
- Yogurt
- Tacos
- Rice or quinoa
