Did not receive the order

I cancelled my order on July 22 and I emailed Aksoy repeatedly, but no reply. It’s now 3 weeks and still no refund. So I am now filing a charge back with my bank.

Great products great sert

I used to purchase from Amazon, but after closing my account (as they pay no tax, etc etc etc) I now buy directly. Feels much better to do so too :-)

I like that there's other healthy food options out there and the wheat bulgur is also good for the palette.

Only partially cracked

The "cracked" wheat bulgur is only partially cracked with a lot of 'whole' grains in it. It's far from the coarse bulgur you can get from Tesco, etc.
